Conditions of carriage

1. Who runs the railway

These terms govern your use of velvetrailclub.com ("Velvet Rail Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of velvetrailclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may travel

Velvet Rail Club is for users aged 18 or over only. Using it means you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The virtual coins

• All games are played with virtual coins provided free of charge.
• Coins on this line have no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property.
• No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist.
• No prize of real-world value waits at any station.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time, as a timetable can change.

4. Not a line for real-money gambling

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Velvet Rail Club, and the site does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your passenger account

• You need a free account to play; that is one account per passenger, and it must not be shared with anyone.
• Your password is yours alone. If anyone else has used your account, tell the railway at once.
• Your account can be deleted at any moment from your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions travel with the account, never as your property, and the railway may reset them.

6. Fair conduct aboard the line

Passengers must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 18 ride.

7. Running the line, and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that governs the line

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, from the first station to the last.
